Biography
Otto Lang was a Canadian lawyer and politician who served as a Saskatchewan MP, as Canada's Minister of Manpower and Immigration, and later as Justice Minister. In 1975, he introduced a Human Rights Act to the House of Commons which did not include protections based on sexual orientation.
