Description

February Ottawa Minister of Justice Otto Lang announced that the federal government was considering forming a federal Human Rights Commission. Tom Warner of GATE (Toronto) wrote to the minister and was informed that sexual orientation was to be excluded from the functions of the Commission. (see also July 21,1975.)
