Biography
Arnold Peters was a Canadian parliamentarian with the New Democratic Party (NDP). In 1964, he attempted to introduce a bill which called for the decriminalization of homosexual acts between consenting adults, but the bill never reached the floor of the House of Commons. Peters was also a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force.
