July 30 Toronto The Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by Karl John Roestad to end his indefinite term in penitentiary as a dangerous sexual offender. Roestad had been convicted in March 1971 of sexually assaulting twenty boys. (see also September-October 1974.)
