Biography
Dan Heap was a Toronto alderman and NDP MP, often speaking in favour of gay rights initiatives. In December 1978 he addressed a rally of 400 people that marched to Toronto City Hall from the 519 Church Street Community Centre, following a bathhouse raid by police on December 9.
