February 13 Toronto During a campaign stop related to the March 19 provincial election, Ontario Liberal Party leader Stuart Smith remarked that he was disturbed by allegations that some members of the Metro Toronto Police had used excessive force during the Toronto bath raids. This was the first time that Smith had commented publicly on the raids, which had occurred more than a week before.
