Description
May 3 Victoria, B.C. Almost a hundred people attended a "Public Indignation Meeting" at which the Coalition for Human Rights, a group representing minorities in the Victoria area, called for the resignation of members of the British Columbia Human Rights Commission after insulting remarks were made by several commissioners about women and gays at a commission meeting held on April 3, 1979, and also later in the press.
