January 30 Saskatoon The January 30 issue of Red Eye, a newspaper published by the Engineering Students' Society at the University of Saskatchewan, contained material offensive to women and gays. The Women's Directorate of the University of Saskatchewan filed a class action against the paper with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. The Saskatoon Gay Community Centre (SGCC) and more than twenty individuals also filed complaints.
