Description

May 22 Canada The national executive of the Social Credit Party of Canada reaffirmed its traditional anti-gay stance and expelled all known gays from the party. This action reversed a pro-gay ruling made on March 5 by the leader of the Ontario provincial wing of the party, Robert Cochrane, which had failed to gain the approval of the general membership.
