March 9 Boston, Mass. The Board of Elders of the Universal Fellowship ofMetropolitan Community Churches approved the petition of MCC Toronto for recognition as a fully chartered church of the Fellowship. On June 7-9, 1974, Rev. Troy Perry, the founder of MCC, visited Toronto to present the charter. (see also June 7-9, 1974.)
