Biography
Allen Ginsberg was an American poet, and his most famous poem 'Howl,' which was published in 1956, is considered one of the most significant works to come from the Beat movement. His poetry critiqued the state of post-War America, discussed such themes as homosexuality and drug addiction, and began to incorporate Buddhist themes after he converted and became a guru.
