Description
June Vancouver Pedestal, a women's liberation newspaper published since 1969, included much material of interest to feminists and occasional articles on lesbianism. The paper collapsed early in 1974 but was revived in June 1975. Renamed Pedestal: A Lesbian-Feminist Newspaper, it was now much more lesbian-oriented. The new venture lasted three issues before collapsing again by the end of 1975.
