June Mississauga, Ont. Members of GATE (Toronto)'s educational committee were denied access to Cawthra Park Secondary School, where they had been scheduled to speak. The talk was cancelled at the last minute by principal Allan Pleasance, who declared that because homosexuality is a controversial "moral issue" the invitation would require parental approval.
