March 18 Ottawa The Ottawa-Carleton Social Planning Council voted 10-5 to approve a motion by board member Irving Greenberg to study how sexual offence charges were laid in Ottawa. This motion was raised in concern over the suicide of Warren Zufelt, one of the men charged in the "Ottawa Sex Scandal."
