Description

February Guelph, Ont. Students from the associate diploma course in agriculture at the University of Guelph presented a 100-signature petition to the Ontarion, protesting "the favourable publicity that homosexuality in general and the UGHA in particular receives through the Ontarion." The paper had published regular "Gays at Guelph" pieces since autumn 1973. The petition referred to homosexuality as "a perversion."
