January Montréal "The Myth of Madness," a special forty-two-page issue of Long Time Coming about lesbians and the mental health system in Canada, was published. The regular issue of Long Time Coming for January 1975 was entirely devoted (thirty-five pages) to a reprinting of the Collective Lesbian International Terrors (CLIT) Statement, a series of short articles on dyke political theory first published in the July 1974 issue of Off Our Backs (Washington, D.C.).
