Spring Waterloo, Ont. Jackie Thomas (pseud.), a female impersonator, won second prize in a "Thigh High" contest for the shortest hemline, sponsored by the University of Waterloo Engineering Undergraduate Society. When it was discovered "she" was a man, Thomas was stripped of the prize.
