Description
Spring Québec Guy Roy, an inmate at Leclerc Penitentiary, complained to prison director J.P. Dugas and Solicitor-General Warren Allmand of discrimination based on his sexual orientation. Roy claimed that he had been allowed to telephone his lover of two years, Steven Hannah, only once in ten months.
