February 16 Edmonton The all-male membership of GATE (Edmonton) organized a meeting with representatives of Edmonton Lesbian Feminists (ELF) to talk about areas of separate and collective concern. At the meeting it was concluded that women would decide themselves what role, if any, they wished to play in GATE (Edmonton). Over the next few months, a working relationship was established between the two groups.
