Summer Regina Saskatchewan Attorney-General Roy Romanow upheld a decision by the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission that the Western Producer's refusal to print an ad for the Zodiac Friendship Society/Saskatoon Gay Action was not a violation of the provincial Human Rights Code because sexual orientation was not covered under the Code.
