June Guelph, Ont. The Ontarion reported on June 18 that four members of UGHA had recently attended a Liberal party meeting at which Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau was present. The four carried signs and managed to ask Trudeau about civil rights for gays. Trudeau was on a campaign tour leading up to the July 8 federal election.
