March 17 Saskatoon A dance was held to celebrate the opening of the Zodiac Friendship Society's new centre (which included the Gemini Club) at 124A 2nd Avenue N. The centre provided social activities and services for gay people, as well as information about homosexuality to the general community. drop-ins were held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings; lesbian drop-ins were held Friday evenings.
