November 21 Ottawa In a speech before the Senate Finance Committee, Senator Raymond Perrault (Lib.-British Columbia) demanded an investigation be made into government funding of the Operation Socrates Handbook. The Handbook, produced by Waterloo GLM during the summer of 1973, had been funded by an Opportunities for Youth grant of $9,290.
