October Kingston, Ont. The Queen's University Homophile Association (QUHA) was formed. The first leader of the group was Terry Watson (pseud.). In addition to holding meetings and parties, the QUHA ran the Gay Rap Line, a telephone information service. By the spring of 1974 membership numbered about fifty. By March 1975 the group had become dormant, but it revived again in September-October 1975.
