Description

September 27 Ottawa The first meeting of Carleton University's Gay Club was held. The organization was a branch of GO and was coordinated by Meris Gava and Ron Smyth. As with many other University-based organizations, activities were centred around the school year. With a constantly changing membership it was difficult to keep the club going. It had collapsed by 1975, but Chris Morden attempted to revive it in the autumn of that year.
