Toronto Marion Foster's and Kent Murray's (pseuds.) A Not So Gay World: Homosexuality in Canada, the first non-fiction book-length study of homosexuality in Canada, was published by McClelland and Stewart. The book received mixed reviews and was seen to be out-of-date and full of factual errors.
