August 13 Toronto Sixty people attended a panel discussion on homosexual people as an oppressed minority in Canadian society and the development of a gay liberation movement in Toronto, held at the Vanguard Forum, 334 Queen Street W. The four panelists were George Hislop and Pat Murphy, representing CHAT, Cheri DiNovo, representing TGA, CHAT, and the Toronto Women's Caucus, and Brian Waite, representing TGA and the League for Socialist Action.
