July 31 Toronto A meeting was held between representatives of CHAT. Spearhead, UTHA, UWOHA, and Waterloo GLM regarding cooperation between homophile groups in Ontario and preparations for the August 28 "We Demand" march on Parliament Hill. This was the first of several conferences held during 1971-72 by what would become known as the Ontario Homophile Federation. (see also October 16,1971.)
