Troy Perry, founder of the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) in Los Angeles, spoke at the University of Victoria on "Metropolitan Community Church and the Homosexual Community in America." Perry's talk was at the invitation of the Victoria Youth Council and was part of their annual Youth Week program.
