October 9 Toronto In an address to the Ontario College of Family Physicians, University of Toronto professor of psychiatry Daniel Cappon stated that eighty percent of homosexuals who go to psychiatrists and doctors for treatment are helped, and half of these are cured. Cappon declared that homosexuals are never happy, well-adjusted people. He was the author of Toward an Understanding of Homosexuality (1965).
