July 21 Ontario The OHRCCode Review Committee report Life Together was released. Number ninety among its ninety-seven recommendations was that sexual orientation be included in the code as a prohibited ground of discrimination. This followed five years of insistent pressure on the commission by representatives of the gay movement in Ontario. Reaction in the mainstream press was mixed.
