April 17 Toronto ? The Ontario House of Anglican Bishops and the Provincial Council of the Anglican Church passed a resolution affirming that gays receive "equal justice in regard to employment in common with all Ontario citizens," supporting an amendment to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
