October 11-13 Saskatoon The first National Gay Community Services Conference was held, sponsored by the Gay Community Centre of Saskatoon. Delegates representing gay organizations from Montréal to the west coast met to discuss how community services and education should relate to gay men and lesbians. The conference passed a resolution supporting the reinstatement of Doug Wilson.
